What a lovely manor Godley Manor is! Staying here truly took us back in time. It felt so good to have breakfast in the beautiful, spacious dining room. Godley Manor is located in a great area close to Forsyth Park and other attractions. As for the staff, Beth was so welcoming and friendly. She gave us a tour and showed us to our room, despite suffering from “parade feet.” Staying at Godley Manor gave us a taste of true Southern hospitality and charm. Although our stay was short, we got a real feel for the city of Savannah. Hope to come back someday and stay here.

Enjoyed a cup of coffee on the porch rocking chairs this morning after breakfast and are sorry to leave so soon. We were just passing through on our way back from Florida. We will certainly be back..
