This was our second time visiting Savannah and first time at a historic inn. We loved it here! We enjoyed our Ghost Tour and exploring the shops around town. Coming back to Godley Manor was the cherry on top 🙂 Clean and friendly!

This has been my dream house since 1994 when I saw it for the first time. I saw it when I was in need of some TLC and am so happy to see what it is today. You have done a great job taking care of it. My husband and I fell in love during hurricane season (FL locals) and had our 2nd wedding anniversary planned and paid for months in advance. We had an air B&B booked Thurs-Sun. Friday morning, we woke up to no power and a branch through our back window. We would spend hours calling around desperately trying to find lodging on a fully booked Friday night. I had given up and was ready to head back to Florida. Then we found this place. Southern hospitality and charm ooze from this place. I felt like I was in a fairy tale that God himself had blessed. Godley Manor is the perfect name and the perfect stay. All glory to him, forever and ever. Amen.
We booked this stay as part of our 25th anniversary trip. Only got to stay one night, but would have liked to stay a bit longer. We were the only guests in the building, so it was a little strange to be alone in a hotel. We only encountered two staff members but they were both very nice. The room and the entire property are just beautiful. I loved all the antiquest from the bed to the china. Thank you.

We loved our stay here at the Godley Manor. We visit Savannah quite often but have never stayed here. Great location!!! We stayed here because Tybee Island was packed for the 4th and we are glad we did! We did tours around Savannah and learned so much more history! We drove to Tybee for the day, which is not bad! Also drove to Hilton Head, SC. We love Savannah and will be coming back very soon! (My fiance and I that is). Things/food we did: Trolley tour, Tybee Island, Hitch (food), Six Pence Pub (food), Perc (coffee everyday), Hilton Head, Oki Doki (ice cream), Corleone’s (food), Hilton Head..Beth was great helping us with our stay via text. Patrick welcomed us when we arrived- we had great conversation with him! Brother was also nice and the dog was too! Even with a few barks, she came to us after. Thanks again.

Room was so beautiful & clean. Love the staff, so nice and they make you feel at home. Savannah is very beautiful and HOT. Love the cold water in the fridge-was really refreshing. Love the stay. Godley Manor is very beautiful. 10 out of 10.

My mom and I came to Savannah for a girl’s trip after I just graduated from college. Go Blue! We absolutely LOVED our stay here. Beth went above and beyond- truly catering to everyone’s needs 🙂 The morning we asked for extra water bottles, by evening she had gallon jugs of water in the fridge. The welcoming nature curated here truly makes the guests feel like family and the Godley Manor a home. It’s hard to believe the beautiful views, nature, and history of Savannah ties in perfectly with the most well-maintained, pristine building of the Godley Manor! My mom and I made the most wonderful, sweet memories here and can’t wait to come back. Until then, we’ll be sure to rave about Beth and this home to anyone who’ll listen.

My boyfriend and I came to Savannah for our two year anniversary. We were hesitant about staying here since we’ve only stayed at hotels but it was amazing. Beth was amazing!
