We are thrilled with the hospitality of Godley Manor. So glad we stayed here. Beth, Pam, and Chris were great hosts. The first night we had supper at 17hundred90 and weren’t disappointed. We met some great people here at Godley Manor, and we shared stories and tips on what to do. Did the White Bus tour and hop on/off Wednesday-lunch at Cafe M with a glass of wine. Six Pence for supper- Chris’s tip.

This was such a wonderful stay. Beth is fabulous and takes real good care of the visitors. The house itself is a work of love. My husband and I will remember Godley Manor and Savannah fondly. Thank you for a lovely stay. 1790 was spectacular. You can order the full menu at the bar!!

Many thanks to Beth and all the others who made our stay at the Godley Inn so much fun. We enjoyed the charming accommodations, the wonderful company, the convenient location, and all that Savannah has to offer. Plus, we had the great fortune to witness the Greening of the Fountain in Forsyth Park! (We had no idea that St. Patrick’s Day-uh, make that St. Patrick’s Day week-was such a high holiday in Savannah!) Sadly, this was a pre stop on our journey to Venice, Florida so we’re back on the road this morning. Make sure to stop at the 1790 restaurant & bar too. Amazing food & fun bar.

We can’t say enough amazing things about the Godley Manoar! It is absolutely beautiful!!! We couldn’t have been any luckier to be able to stay at this hotel! It made our stay in Savannah truly so perfect. The staff is so sweet, the breakfast is so cute, and the room itself is amazing. We truly don’t want to leave!! We started our trip in Charleston where we got engaged at Cypress Gardens and ended it exploring the beautiful Savannah. We can’t wait to come back!!

On a last minute decision to visit Savannah, we had the incredible luck to find Room 304 at the Godley Manor available. We had no idea how lucky we had been until our arrival. What a lovely place! Perfectly listed, the Manor truly enhances the experience of historical Savannah. The room is so beautifully decorated that a rainy day in our trip did not bother us at all. Marveling at every detail of this room and reading books on the porch was enough to keep us perfectly happy. Ending our nights with hot tea in the magnificent living room wasn’t so bad either 🙂 As first timers, we feel in love with this place- both Godley Manor and Savannah alike. Absolutely cannot wait to be back. Thank you.

We had a very enjoyable stay here at The Godley Manor. We particularly liked the wonderful porch. This is our second trip to Savannah and we will probably return sometime in the future.

Fantastic stay in this beautiful home built in mid-1800’s. Room size was great and we had the use of the entire main level for hanging out. We felt totally at home, the staff was very hospitable! Help yourself to what’s in the fridge! Never heard that before. Bed was comfortable, very clean, and great water pressure. Perfect location to walk everywhere. Savannah is a beautiful place to visit.

Thank you to Beth and her wonderful staff for making our stay amazing. We loved everything about Savannah from Forsyth Park to River Street. The Ghost and Gravestones tour was interesting and informative. We hope to be back soon.

We did all our favorite Savannah things- Pizza at Vinnie Van Go Go’s, drinks on River Street, walk in Forsyth Park, bought Stephen Kasun out and finally tried the Olde Pink House- which was amazing! We hope whoever reads this enjoys Savannah as much as we do! Happy New Year!
