This is our first trip to Savannah and we have enjoyed all the history of this beautiful place. Godley Maor is beautiful and so close to must see things to do. Thank you for your hospitality and we hope to be back soon.

Our second trip to Savannah. We wed at the fountain (Forsyth) last year and love it here. This trip was made special by our stay at your manor, which we found quiet, comfortable, friendly, and had everything we needed. Thank you for your thoughtful restorations, gorgeous collectible furnishings, and Southern hospitality. We appreciate you all!

Me and my mom had such a great time in Savannah and staying here made it even more perfect. We loved walking around the park and the restaurants were amazing! We will definitely be telling others about this beautiful bed and breakfast and Savannah in general! We hope to come back and thank you for making this story even more awesome.

We booked our visit hoping for warmer weather than we have had in Virginia and were lucky enough for at least 2 days to enjoy the balcony. We love the charming room and the amazing bed! So comfy. The manor was our home base after spending an afternoon at Forsyth Park, a day trip to Fort Pulaski, and another day in Charleston, SC. The staff’s hospitality was very warm and made us feel at home.
Thank you from Darrell & Carol.
P.S. A shopping trip to Dillard’s for my birthday!

What a wonderful place to come to for our 50th anniversary. Simply charming. We look forward to returning for future anniversary celebrations. Thanks to Beth, Anne, and Pam! And Cricket too!

Back in one of our favorite places in one of our favorite towns! Staying at Godley Manor always feels like coming home’ we’re so comfortable here! We had a lovely visit- drinks at Artillery, dinner on the rooftop of Public Kitchen, brunch at Wright Square Bistro, and an afternoon browsing at E. Shaver and petting the bookstore cats- all of my favorite Savannah things! We even got to watch Cricket play fetch from the patio. The weather was a bit warmer than expected this time of year, but still nice for walking around. I spent some time in Colonial Park Cemetery just watching the sunlight filtering through the trees and the breeze making the Spanish moss dance. This town is eternally bewitching and beguiling and we are so happy to call Godley Manor a little “home away from home.” Thanks as always for your gracious hospitality and of course, we will be back soon!

We had a wonderful long weekend here to celebrate our 13th anniversary. The room, bed, and linens were so soft and comfy. The staff was also very kind, helpful, and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

We’re celebrating our 5 year wedding anniversary! It’s our first time here in Savannah, GA and experiencing a bed and breakfast! We enjoyed our stay at the Godley Manor! Beautiful city and delicious food!

Thank you for the most lovely place to stay during my visit to Savannah! I could not have had a more perfect trip to celebrate graduating dental school. The room was so beautiful. It made me feel like an American Girl doll 🙂 I spent a lot of time out and about exploring your beautiful city, but every evening I would come home and sit in the parlor and just admire the beauty and history of the house. Savannah was amazing. I fell in love with its unique character, history, and Spanish moss. Shrimp and Grits may be my new favorite food 🙂 Thank you again for making this trip possible.

Take care and best wishes!

Sincerely,

Jessica M.
