This trip was a surprise by my hubby and it was awesome! This house and room are gorgeous. We enjoyed the views of a kid-free weekend. We would love to stay here again. The trip was enjoyable and as we are the Franklins, we are going to enjoy the Franklin Cafe. The food was good here and the weather is great!

I had a work retreat in Atlanta. I’m so glad I took an extra few days to drive over and explore Savannah. I could not be more thrilled with my visit. Even though it rained the days I was here, I still was able to explore the city and then relax in my room. I could not have picked a better place to stay. The house, room, and staff were all amazing. Godley Manor has truly made our trip to Savannah wonderful. From our late check-in to the kind hospitality, we cannot thank you enough. We are going to recommend Godley Manor to anyone coming to visit. We enjoyed being in the HIstoric District while in walking distance to the river. The porch was wonderful. Another wonderful stay in our favorite room at our favorite house in Savannah! I spent a lot of time in the house playing the piano and working on the jigsaw puzzle in the common area. The breakfast goodies each morning were so thoughtfully laid out and the room was cozy and welcoming as always. We even had milder weather than we’re used to for Savannah in July! We also got to see Cricket, the jack russell, a special treat. Thank you as always for your kindness and hospitality. I’m sure we’ll be back soon.

From the moment we stepped into Godley Manor, we felt transported into another time and way of life. The house and decor, every detail, so beautiful and sumptuous. Beth is a most gracious and welcoming host, making us feel so at home. We enjoyed our conversations with her so much. She is delightful. Our room, 304, was so comfortable and gorgeous at the same time. Thick, fluffy towels, pillow-like bed and seating, fireplace, A/C, refrigerator… every detail so thoughtful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The B&B is beautiful and is a great location to both sides of town. A quiet stay is so restful after all of the walking you do around town. Loved our private balcony.
