The Godley Manor was the most perfect place to stay for our trip in Savannah! Our flight was delayed, and we didn’t get in until very late, but Beth made sure that we had a key and got us in safe and sound! Everything about the room was a dream. The finishes feel so “Savannah” and all the staff made us feel so welcome. I particularly appreciated their hospitality as my mind was busy with the reason for our trip- proposing to my girlfriend! She said yes! Now we’ll get to spend a wonderful life together, and it all started at the Godley Manor!

Our stay here at Godley Manor Room 304, was one of the highlights of our time in Savannah. It will be the most memorable part of our tip. Great attention to detail in decor and necessities and amazing hospitality. Met many friendly people at breakfast. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else if and when I return to Savannah. We loved Savannah and we loved the Godley Manor. Especially enjoyed this last evening, watching the sunset and enjoying a glass of wine on our private porch. Our tour today with Joe on the Free Tours Savannah was particularly informative, as he is a multigenerational Savannahian and a history buff. So much history from the founding of the colony to the recent movie history. Dinner at 17hundred90 was excellent. Very good service and delightful piano accompaniment.
